The Radisson staff was friendly and attentive, making for an enjoyable experience. The clean rooms and extensive breakfast selection were highlights. However, the busy dining area and issues with the bathroom were drawbacks. Overall, a solid option but room for improvement exists.

I had a pleasant two-night stay at Radisson. Rooms were tidy, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff provided courteous and helpful service. I especially appreciated the upgrade to a business class room. The hotel's location near the railway station made it convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast offered attentive service and a decent variety of options. However, the dining options outside of breakfast were limited, and at times the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours. One lift was out of order, adding to the congestion during busy times. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay but can improve with more dining options and better lift availability.

My children wanted more keys for our room, as it was tricky for us to enjoy the pool without needing to go back to reception.

My recent stay at Radisson was fantastic! The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to navigate around the city. The staff genuinely cared for my comfort and even upgraded me to an executive club room, which was greatly appreciated. The buffet breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of options and freshly prepared items. The hotel also has several on-site dining options, ensuring that all my meal needs were met during my business trip.
Wi-Fi speed was inconsistent at times.

Recommend it for family with kids
The height of the rooftop pool gave us a great view of the city which was impressive and relaxing the boys couldn’t stop taking pictures. The ambiance in the restaurant with the flute player during breakfast added an unexpected charm that we loved.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but what can you expect, right? Still, it was quite acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 21crowded pool
The swimming pool fell short of expectations with debris like pigeon feathers visible in the early hours, detracting from the overall experience. Additionally, a loud private party on our second night disrupted the tranquility, and despite assurances from the front desk that it would end by 11 PM, it felt a bit late for those with early tours planned. The somewhat disjointed communication when resolving issues, even minor ones, brought some unnecessary complications during the stay.

excellent access to landmarks and delightful city strolls around jaipur
During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to the stunning City Palace and the beautiful Jal Mahal, both just under a 15-minute walk away, making my city strolls a memorable adventure. The breakfast staff's smiling faces greeted me every morning before I set out to explore further.
